Founder: Executive & Career Coach

Gem Lashley brings with her over 20 years of experience in global business having worked for fortune 100 companies, non-profits and NGOs. A graduate of Wake Forest University (BA) and Coles Business College – KSU (MBA), she has worked in the technology and healthcare industries, and most recently in leadership in one of the Big Four professional services accounting firms int the U.S.  Coach Gem has international business experience having lived and worked across the globe. She has managed projects and implementations in the UK, West Africa, Central America and the Caribbean.

She is a certified project manager (PMP), certified scrum master (CSM), certified Myer-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner (MBTI), certified life coach (PCCC) and ProSci Change Management Certified Change Professional. 

Gem uses her unique blend of warm personality, empathy and business acumen to quickly help pinpoint the areas where her coachees can develop to experience the career they desire.
